Plumbing Foreman

Plumbing Foreman for industrial project in New Orleans. Lead plumbing crew on industrial installation projects. Plan and coordinate daily work activities and material needs. Review drawings for routing, sizing, and specification compliance. Ensure quality workmanship and code compliance on all installations. Coordinate underground work with excavation contractors. Schedule inspections and address any deficiencies promptly. Track installation progress and report quantities daily. Manage crew productivity and timekeeping activities. Enforce safety requirements and conduct toolbox talks. Interface with general contractor on scheduling and access. Must have plumbing foreman experience on industrial projects. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Foreman rates with full per diem.

• Valid plumbing license required with minimum 6 years experience. Minimum 2 years experience as plumbing foreman on industrial projects. Proven leadership and crew management abilities. Strong drawing reading and work planning skills. Knowledge of codes, specifications, and inspection requirements. Experience coordinating with other trades and contractors. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 30 certification required. Computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
