Industrial Mechanic

Industrial Mechanic for manufacturing facility in Raleigh. Perform mechanical maintenance in industrial manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including conveyors, packaging machines, and material handling systems. Replace bearings, belts, chains, and wear components. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document findings. Diagnose mechanical failures and determine root causes. Read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Use precision measuring tools for alignment and tolerance verification. Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS system. Respond to breakdowns and restore equipment efficiently. Work safely around operating production equipment. Must have industrial mechanical maintenance experience. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Per diem provided.

• Minimum 3 years industrial mechanical maintenance experience required. Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment. Knowledge of bearings, belts, chains, and mechanical drive systems. Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals. Experience with preventive maintenance and CMMS documentation. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 10 certification required. Must be able to work rotating shifts if required. Own mechanical hand tools required. Reliable transportation to facility required.
