QA/QC Inspector

QA/QC Inspector for industrial construction in Nashville. Perform quality inspections on industrial construction activities. Verify work conforms to drawings, specifications, and codes. Inspect welding, piping, structural, and mechanical installations. Document inspection results and issue nonconformance reports. Witness hydrostatic tests, bolt torquing, and alignment activities. Review material certifications and traceability documentation. Verify proper storage and handling of materials on site. Track punch list items and verify corrective actions. Interface professionally with craft supervision on quality issues. Support turnover package preparation and system completion. Must have QC inspection experience on industrial construction projects. Schedule is 5 days per week with 10 hour shifts. Per diem provided.

• Minimum 3 years QC inspection experience in industrial construction. Knowledge of welding, piping, structural, and mechanical inspection requirements. Ability to read drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Experience documenting inspections and issuing nonconformance reports. Knowledge of material traceability and documentation requirements. Professional communication skills for interface with craft supervision. Must pass drug screen and background check. AWS CWI, API, or ASNT certifications preferred. Computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
