Controls Commissioning Lead

Controls Commissioning Lead for plant startup in Evansville. Lead controls commissioning activities for industrial plant startup. Coordinate system testing sequences with operations and engineering. Develop and execute functional test procedures for control systems. Troubleshoot complex control logic and interlock issues. Interface with DCS vendor on system configuration matters. Support safety system testing and SIL verification activities. Manage controls punch list and track items to completion. Review control narratives and verify correct implementation. Coordinate with instrument and electrical leads on interface issues. Report commissioning progress and issues to project management. Must have controls commissioning lead experience on major projects. Schedule is 6 days per week with 12 hour shifts. Lead rates with full per diem.

• Minimum 6 years controls experience with commissioning and startup projects. Proven ability to lead controls testing and troubleshooting activities. Experience developing and executing functional test procedures. Knowledge of DCS, PLC, and safety system programming. Experience with control narrative testing and interlock verification. Strong communication skills for coordination with multiple teams. Must pass drug screen and background check. OSHA 30 certification required. NFPA 70E training required. Computer proficiency required.
