Structural Welder

LPR Construction is hiring a Structural Welder in Aurora, CO to join structural members using SMAW and FCAW procedures. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, fitting, cutting, and welding steel components while adhering to strict safety standards. The position offers $34-$39/hr, a $550 weekly per diem, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k match, and tenure bonuses. • Must certify in wire welding procedures (SMAW/FCAW) and pass a Fluxcore Welding Test. NCCER Certification preferred. Ability to visualize 2D drawings in 3D, lift heavy materials, and work 40-50 hours/week is required. Must adhere to all safety regulations.
