At WorkPerDiem ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
This platform is designed specifically for the construction and industrial workforce. We understand that your resume, certifications, and work history are your livelihood, and we treat that information with the highest level of security.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

- Job Matching: To connect Workers with Employers. Your profile data is used to match you with relevant job postings based on trade, location, and experience level.
- Application Processing: When you apply for a job, your Profile Data is transmitted to the Employer posting the job.
- Service Communication: To notify you about changes to our service, new job alerts matching your criteria, or application status updates.
- Safety & Verification: To verify the validity of certifications (e.g., checking an OSHA card number) to ensure site safety compliance.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Your resume and contact info are shared ONLY with employers you explicitly apply to or, if you set your profile to "Public," with verified employers searching our database.
4. Disclosure of Your Personal Data
We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 above.
4.1 Employers
When you apply for a job, we share your Identity, Contact, and Professional Data with the specific Employer associated with that job listing.
4.2 Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
4.3 Legal Requirements
WorkPerDiem may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect and defend the rights or property of WorkPerDiem
- To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
